Losing a friend like you Guy highlights how the things of this world really are so fragile and little do we value them properly - until they are gone. It’s only been a short while but already your absence is so very much noticed. A superb bloke in every way - always optimistic and looking ahead to the next game, the next ski trip, the next “do”.. whether a birthday, a reunion or a regular gathering of the many friends you made along the way. But most importantly you were the rock of a lovely family - and you quite rightly delighted in their achievements and supported Lisa, Charlotte and Jacob to the full. We will all miss you Guy, but i have faith you have gone to a better place , where the heavenly version of Veuve Cliquot will not run dry - and we will indeed meet again. God bless your soul - and until then my very dear friend, rest in peace. David
