Added on behalf on Roger Thornton - IBC Exhibition Committee Chairman I’m not quite sure how long I have known Guy, but it is for many, many happy years. Guy was, quite simply, a fantastic bloke – the one you’d always want to be there first in both good times and difficult ones; a fountain of knowledge, wisdom and wit who always innately knew what was right. I shall miss him greatly personally, and IBC too is much poorer for his untimely passing. Guy’s thoughtful input to the IBC Exhibition Committee, of which we were both members for many years, and which I now chair, was always sage and greatly valued by the whole IBC organisation. IBC will be forever grateful to Guy for his unstinting support and invaluable contributions. Our world is now a poorer place; rest in peace, Guy. Roger Thornton - IBC Exhibition Committee Chairman
