Guy (and Bruce) gave me my first ever job in the Pro Audio industry way back in 1988 when Elliott Brothers Audio Systems were based in Oxford. The interview went along the lines of 'do you like rugby' ? Yes..'do you drink beer ? Yes...you start on Monday !!
